All people working in HR or management and who want to acquire a worldwide approach of HR or Business.
Objectifs To equip people working in HR / Management with the vital English speaking skills increasingly required in today's globalized business environments.
Globally, it is an imperative to be able to work in English in almost every job sector. In order to address this need, this module will cover an HR approach in a global context in order to fulfil its two objectives of :
implementing global approaches to enhance an international HR understanding equipping essential tools and skills for maximal accommodation of an international labor market

Online course with videos, podcast, pdf, powerpoint,, business cases, quiz,
forum and chat.
Business cases and practices of international and local firms worldwide.
Prescribed text and recommended readings for each session will be provided.
Assesment
Evaluation is based on one written assignment (70%) and online participation (30%)

- HR organization overview
- Diverse national legal contexts
- HR performance in a global context
- Expatriation and impatriation : career management and compensation
- Talent Management as a new Decision Science
