Programme Description
The objective of this International MSc in Food Markets Management
is to meet the acute need of qualified managers in production, transformation and commercial activities in the wide field of international agro-food Industries.
The Master is aiming at: * training future corporate leaders for international agro-food companies,
* developing the necessary management skills to cope with international competition constraints, taking into account specific aspects of Chinese and European agricultures,
* developing intercultural and linguistic skills.
Students will learn how to manage the financial and human aspects of their companies and to analyse the consequences of growing globalisation and international competition on their business activity.
This MSc in Food Markets Management also deals with the intercultural question by using English language, proposing a double localisation of the courses (China and France) and by adapting its content and teaching methods to the particular context of its international promotions of students.
The programme is based on a pedagogy combining theory and practice (site visits, study trips, group projects, surveys ...), with 6-month professional experience in the sector, at the end of the programme.
This multidisciplinary approach allows our young graduates to penetrate the job market quickly and efficiently.
