This course aims at familiarizing participants with the key decisions related to brand management in a large variety of business contexts and sectors; B to C, B to B, B to I. This is a hands-on course and is very decison orientated.
Learning outcomes
- Participants will understand that branding is not a creative decision but a business model in itself, competing on the intangibles.
- They will also gain practice as far as the main decisions related to brand building are concerned.
- They will be exposed to most advanced concepts and working methods to help them solve problems and build sharp brands, in many very different sectors.
