This one-year long university Master's degree is organised by the Sant Ignasi School of Tourism, belonging to Ramon Llull University, in coordination with the Hotel Management School of Maastricht, which in turn belongs to the Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. It is targeted at graduates with a special interest in creative and multi-cultural aspects of the hotel industry.

Official European university degree (or a degree in law, engineering, architecture, quantity surveying or a graduate degree). In the case of non-EU degrees: an equivalent degree from an authorised higher-level educational establishment and academic file for the authorised official training including average grade from the original university. Level C English.

Le programme
The Master's degree is comprised of 60 ECTs. The first part of the programme begins in Barcelona and the second part in Maastricht, at the Hotel Management School of Holland.
It has three main and practical modules:
- Module 1: Leadership Development Program competencies
- Module 2: Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Hospitality
- Module 3: International Hospitality Management
- In-company Project and Master Thesis
