· Permitting personnel to evolve in an intercultural environment → able to maintain an open dialogue with Corporate and foreign colleagues

- the expectations from the Group in terms of duties, commitments and performance
- the effects of acquisitions on the framework of the company and mainly the relationships with clients

- the organization chart

- a quality exchange of inter-departmental services within the group
· Intensive training in
- the entirety of Corporate Rules (Ethics, Best Practices, Procedures…)
- the function of the financial statements and their cross-checks (Plans, Forecasts, month-end closings, Year-end packages, Bridges, Key Metrics …)
- the make-up of financial reporting and its adaptation to ERP (Mappings, Management Rules,
Cut-Offs…)
- planning and time management
