Overview

The course will cover research on diverse aspects of cross cultural psychology relevant to organizations and marketing. Topics will include the unconscious influence of culture, cultural preconceptions, conformity to social norms, hierarchy and status, gender inequality across cultures, individualism and collectivism, egotism, happiness and emotion expression across cultures, cross cultural differences in workplace norms, and global capitalism, among others
