Admission requirements are based on a combination of secondary school grades, college admission test scores, co-curricular activities and attempted college course work, as well as other indicators of the applicant’s ability and character. Spanish and international students normally enroll in our intensive English as a Second Language (ESL) program during their first year of study.

Le programme
The Management program at Saint Louis University's School of Business focuses on both the human and organizational aspects of the work place, including behavioral and technical areas. Today's dynamic business environment needs graduates who can effectively handle decisions and work with and lead people. Emphasis is placed on motivating people with a manager's skill and insight.
The Management academic curriculum is completely integrated with that of the home campus in Saint Louis, Missouri. The students can transfer freely between the two campuses over the course of their undergraduate degree program. If you enroll in the bachelor's degree program in Management with us in Madrid, you will normally spend your first two and a half years in Spain before transferring to the home campus in Missouri to finish the final one and a half years.
Courses are offered in English at the Madrid Campus. Spanish and international students can enroll in our intensive English as a second language (ESL) program during their first year of study.
Descriptions of the concentrations:
Engineering Management
This program is a joint cooperative effort between the John Cook School of Business and Parks College of Aviation and Engineering. Students combine technical knowledge of products and production systems with the study of business management.
Entrepreneurship
The Entrepreneurship Program at Saint Louis University takes a leading role in promoting entrepreneurship and small businesses with the goal of improving economic life and their overall success.
Human Resource Management (HRM)
This applied management program focuses on the psychology, statistics, law, and economics of an organization's human resources. HRM stresses longer-term planning through examination of organiza-tional policy, public policy, technological, environmental, and social responsibility factors.
Management
The Management program focuses on both human and organizational aspects of the work place, including behavioral and technical areas. Dynamic business environ-ments demand graduates who can effectively handle decisions, as well as work with or supervise people in global organizations.
