À propos de cette formation

L’objectif du Master est de former des cadres de haut niveau de la fonction RH capables de :

Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de politiques permettant l’anticipation ou l’adaptation aux mutations de l’environnement des entreprises
Intervenir en tant qu'expert au niveau stratégique et opérationnel, dans les ressources humaines et le management, dans une perspective de développement organisationnel, avec une double exigence de rigueur et d'opérationnalité.
Analyser les pratiques de gestion des RH en les situant dans leur environnement organisationnel, institutionnel et sociétal.
Piloter des projets RH en utilisant une démarche rigoureuse de compréhension et d'intervention sur les dimensions humaines du management.
Exercer dans le champ de l'accompagnement au changement, et permettre à des professionnels d'orienter leurs interventions sous la forme de coaching en intégrant la posture et les outils adéquats.

En M1 : être titulaire d’une Licence en sciences économiques ou de gestion, sciences humaines et sociales, sciences politiques, droit.

En M2 : être titulaire d'un Master 1 dans le domaine des sciences de gestion, des sciences humaines et sociales, des sciences politiques, du droit ou d'un diplôme d'ingénieur.
