Description

In January 1985, French photographer Pierre-Yves Mahé, passionate of innovative techniques, founded Spéos, a dynamic photography school with international vocation (links with universities as RISD, Hamilton College, Chicago Art Institute, RIT...).
In 1991, Spéos introduced professional training courses for companies and photographers who needed to acquire the new skills of a profession in constant technological transition. With the development of the 'Stop-System', the set-up of Pixoclock.com, and the restoration of Nicéphore Niépce's House (where the world's first photography was taken), Spéos has continually contributed to the evolution of the world of photography.
Spéos is run by a team of recognized professionals, who are motivated by common passions and goals, which form the basis of the company's philosophy.
The school has been accredited by the French government at the highest level of professional certification (RNCP Level I, decree ECED0819525A, August 7th, 2008).
