The HR sector is looking for self-motivated professionals with exceptional data analysis skills and a C1 English level who understand the company's business and the functions of the other departments. The Master in Talent Management (HR) of Advantere School of Management is an official master’s degree (issued by Comillas-ICADE) that will prepare you with key management knowledge and skills within an international and intercultural learning environment. The Master in Talent Management (HR) is a hands-on experience that will equip you to overcome significant global challenges by working in a wide range of management careers within a multinational organization, abroad, or in a global environment.

To apply to the master, applicants must meet the following requirements:
-Completion of an official bachelor's degree or be in the final year of studies
-Proficiency in English, at least at a B2 level
-Willingness to take Advantere’ s admissions tests.
-Submission of GRE or GMAT scores is welcomed but not mandatory.
Official Master's Degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) + Certificate from Georgetown University
