Doctorate of Business Administration

The Doctor of Business Administration program takes an innovative approach, fostering learning through engagement and action. Students expand their actionable knowledge through classroom learning (pre- recorded lectures, flipped classroom interactive discussions, case studies, assignments, seminars, additional reading materials) and through active research using appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods.

The program provides students with the following competencies:

-Doctoral level knowledge and understanding of multiple aspects of business and management
-The ability to create and integrate new theories, techniques and information
-An in-depth knowledge of research design, research methodology and research management
-The ability to enter and work in a variety of organizational contexts and to innovate and manage change.
-The knowledge to resolve complex business management problems applying innovative and creative approaches
-The ability to succinctly present scholarly research to both academic and non-academic audiences
-Thought leadership for organizational change
