Capitalizing on potential synergy of any group requires concerted effort to establish a proven and sustainable method for teams to work together to improve their performance.

This program combines the benefits of interactive workshops with action learning to provide teams with the skills and processes to manage their own development.

Through presentations and interaction, the group will learn the concepts and models at the heart of the Team Management Systems approach that answers the question: What makes teams successful?

Participants leave with a solid understanding of how to develop High Performing Teams as well as a concrete design for an application in their work environment. Participants will also know how to access ongoing support so they can make the best use of newly acquired skills.

Participants are encouraged to bring an actual work application idea to the workshop with them. Time is built into the workshop for participants to design their application.

The program is designed to give you the knowledge, practical experience and long-term support that you need to be able to release individual energy at work and create high-performing work groups and teams of all kinds.
