Corporate Sales Specialists manage the complete sales process—including the pre-sales processes of understanding the company’s sales value proposition, creating a suitable sales channel network, planning sales governance, setting sales targets, creating appropriate marketing assets and creating compensation structures. They can also oversee account management to support and satisfy customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention. They are also adept at managing the sales process from prospecting for potential customers to conversion that leads to customer acquisition. Sales specialist may work in retail or wholesale, selling items, services and products offered by their employers. They work in numerous businesses to assist customers in purchasing merchandise.

Quels sont les objectifs de la formation?: In this course, candidates learn to handle and manage sales in the corporate world. Trainers guide them abut different strategies and techniques to manage this. Corporate world is not easy to maintain, the person needs to be knowledgeable enough to handle the sales and marketing.

If opening or closing a shift, a sales associate may be required to count the contents of a cash register. Opening a shift involves documenting the initial money provided for the register and ensuring that enough currency is available to make change for customers. The closing process involves separating coupons from money, then adding up the currency and depositing it into a safe or other determined location set by the employer. Sale associates may need to stock and replace shelves from the stores stockroom. In the event of theft or burglary, sales associate needs to contact store security or call the police in order for the situation to are properly handled.
