Learn how different foods affect the body and how to manage an effective eating regime. Use this nutritional knowledge and therapeutic techniques in an exciting career helping others to achieve their desired target weight. This course is focused around consulting and designing personal eating programmes to suit your client.
This course will show you how to compile nutritional eating plans, design tailored exercise workouts and how to use therapeutic techniques to help your clients achieve their desired weight loss goal. This programme has been designed to illustrate the value of a sensible eating regime. This online course will take you up to 150 hours to complete working from home, there is no time limit for completing the course, it can be studied in your own time at your own pace.
